Tell us about your household. Is everyone okay with adding a new puppy to the home? Do you have minor children? If yes, what are their ages? Have they had experience or training on how to interact with a puppy?

Do you rent or own? If rent, do you have permission from landlord? House or apartment? If house, do you have a fenced in yard? If apartment, do you have access/ability to ensure pup receives adequate exercise?

Do you currently have other pets? Please tell us about them.

Have you ever owned or had experience with an Australian Shepherd? If not, have you researched the breed to make sure an Aussie puppy would be a good fit with your lifestyle?
